Characteristic

The dairy is specialized for fabrication of „Balkan cheese“, on average 8-10 thousand litres of milk are processed every day. In 2007 there were fabricated nearly 500 tons of cheese from 3,2 millions litres of milk. The milk is bought just from private farmers. The operation is under permanent veterinary inspection and fully corresponds to all EU standards. You can buy our products in the normal market chains and at our stations within the service "Milk to the home".

The company holds the international certificate of HACCP system.
2003 the main products "Balkan cheese" received from the minister of agriculture of the Czech Republic national quality award KLASA.
